By registering to bid online in our Auctions, you agree to all terms and conditions set forth.
Auction company is acting as an agent for owner of merchandise.
All items are sold as is where is. No refunds, returns or exchanges.
Bidder inspection is encouraged.
By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them.
Although auction information has been obtained from sources deemed reliable, the auctioneer and sellers make no warranties expressed or implied as to the genuineness, authenticity of, or defects in any item in the auction.
Once auctioneer says sold/ or you win an online bid, you own the merchandise and are responsible for paying for it!
Buyer's premium rates charged at 10% in house and onsite Auctions and 15.00% for all online Auctions.
Applicable taxes to all in state buyers without a Texas sale tax number on file
All auctions in Texas are considered to be auctions with reserve unless announced as absolute.
Merchandise must be paid for day of Auction. Items not removed within 30 days will be sold for storage fees. Online items won, will need to be paid end of Auction. Your registered Credit Card will be charged unless arrangements have been made with the Auction House. If you have purchased items totaling an amount over $500.00, your items will be held for 5 days so that the funds can be cleared before shipping. (NOTE** THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO OUR ESTABLISHED CUSTOMERS. THIS POLICY ONLY APPLIES TO NEW CUSTOMERS.)
When registering, if your registered address, billing address, and shipping address DO NOT match, please know that a copy of your ID will be required so that we can verify that no FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY is taking place!
Auction employees and auctioneer may bid on merchandise with intent to purchase that they do not own.
Auction company will bid to protect the reserves for consignors. Consignors may NOT bid on their own merchandise.
For internet-only auctions, reserve the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in the case of system failures.
Payments accepted by Debit/Credit Card plus a processing transaction fee of 3.5% . Approved Checks (must show valid driver's license), and Cash.
Online Payments accepted are by Debit/Credit Card plus a processing transaction fee of 3.5% ,Cash, CC/Debit card registered online or Approved Check (with local pickup ONLY)
All firearms sold through the auction should be checked out by a gunsmith before being fired.
Auction company is not responsible for accidents or injury.
By registering to bid in this auction you agree to all terms and conditions written and/or announced.
1: Under no circumstances may you register to bid in our auction to purchase a firearm if you are under any kind of a disability or restrictions in terms of possessing a firearm of any kind. No exceptions. We are an FFL licensed business, so all federal and state firearm laws govern every aspect of these online auctions and any infractions will be immediately reported to local law enforcement agencies and the ATF. You must be 18 to purchase rifles or shotguns and 21 to purchase a handgun. You must be age 18 to purchase long gun ammunition and age 21 or older to purchase handgun ammunition. You are responsible for knowing if your state bars a certain type of firearm/ammo/accessory from being shipped to you. If you purchase an item that cannot be shipped to your state, we will auction this item at the next auction and mail you a check minus a consignment fee. Know your state/federal firearms laws BEFORE bidding.
2: Read the descriptions of each firearm/view photographs carefully and if you have questions, E-Mail us at email@example.com or Call TOMMY COOPER @ 281-785-3303. Conditions provided are only the opinion of the auction house. The bidder is ultimately responsible for determining the condition of a lot. BE SURE to ask any questions about an item BEFORE bidding – it does no good to ask questions once you have won an item. We want you to be happy with your online purchases and will go to great lengths to describe any item to you. For every bidder: Using YOUR knowledge and experience, form your own opinion of the item and bid accordingly. If in doubt, DO NOT BID. All guns are sold as is, where is. Period. THERE IS NO INSPECTION PERIOD OF ANY KIND ONCE THE FIREARM IS PURCHASED AND RECEIVED. We do not test fire each gun and therefore do not guarantee that they will fire correctly or function correctly. We are not gunsmiths and do not take guns apart – we cannot confirm if all of the internal parts are present on any given firearm.
3: We absolutely observe all Federal and State gun laws. We hold a Federal Firearms License in TEXAS. The same person who registered the bid number MUST be the one to pay and pick up the auction firearm(s) at the conclusion of the sale.– no one else will be permitted to make the transfer. AVOID THIS PROBLEM – DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BID FOR ANOTHER PERSON. Merely tell the person to register and create their own account and password. Firearm sales to non-licensees (with the exception of muzzleloaders or antique arms manufactured before 1898 or non-guns) will be subject to and must pass the FBI Instant Check – NICS. CAREFULLY NOTE: As per ATF instructions, we send our FFL only to other FFL’s and NOT C&R’s or non-licensees. If you delay after your Instant Check, you will pick up your auction firearm(s) later at our Auction location. If you are denied after your Instant Check, you will NOT take possession of your auction firearms and they will be sold at our next available auction and a check will be mailed to you for whatever the gun brings minus a commission fee. If you know you are not supposed to possess a firearm, do not bid at our sales.
4: If firearms are to be shipped, we will ship your firearms to your local gun dealer when he mails us or emails us his signed, current FFL license. The shipping cost varies according to size, weight, value and destination. We will provide a tracking number to you once the gun ships if you request it. We highly suggest that your local FFL dealer be instructed by you NOT to open the shipping carton until you are present. This is very important! Your name will appear on the shipping label to facilitate this request.
ONLINE AUCTION NOTICES
Items won on an online Auction will be invoiced and credit cards on file will be processed. 1st invoice will include all items won and paid WITHOUT shipping & handling charges. Once Shipping & Handling has been figured and added, 2nd invoice will be sent WITH the shipping & handling charges added.
ALL INVOICES will be processed with the credit/debit card on file that was used to register to participate in our Auctions online. Cards will be processed WITHOUT the shipping & handling charges. The buyer will be responsible to contact the Auction House to make arrangements to pay the shipping before items will be sent out. Items that DO NOT have the shipping paid will be held for 30 days and then resold for storage fees.
Shipping & Handling charge will be added to all shipped items.
We look for the lowest shipping rates for our customers.
Insurance will be added to all packages, unless Auction is notified in writing by the buyer to waive the Insurance on their package. You can send an email to aaauction.bid.com
Items will be shipped on Fridays following the end of Auction and then again on Mondays.
All items will be shipped to the address on file that the buyer registered with, unless notified by writing by the buyer for the items to be shipped to a different address. When registering, if your registered address, billing address, and shipping address DO NOT match, please know that a copy of your ID will be required so that we can verify that no FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY is taking place!
If the buyer receives a damaged package, PLEASE NOTIFIY THE AUCTION HALL IMMEDIATELY AND DO NOT DISGARD OF ANY OF THE PACKAGING OR CONTENT.
